How it works
Haiku Therapy is simple to learn. The part I liked most was that it didn’t require a lot of training. Just take something that you are thinking and formulate into a Haiku. Here are some examples:
Stuck in a traffic jam on I-95:
Sitting in traffic (5 syllables)
Brings out my inner demons (7 syllables)
Stress, anxiety (5 syllables)
Your take-out food is taking too long to come:
Waiting for my food
Makes me so much hungrier
Always tastes better
